How to Measure Your Ring Size♡

1. Use a Ring Sizer: The most accurate way to determine your size is by using a ring sizer, which can be purchased or found in some jewelry stores.
2. Measure with a String: If you don’t have a sizer, you can use a piece of string. Wrap it around the base of your finger, mark the point where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler (in mm). You can use this measurement to find your ring size.
3. Compare with a Ring Chart: Use a ring size chart to match your finger circumference to the corresponding letter size.

We offer free shipping on all orders!

All orders are processed within 2-5 working days, ensuring each product undergoes a standard quality check. During peak times (e.g. holidays), processing may take 4-10 business days.

Once processed orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive. If your order has not arrived by this time please contact us.

Note: While most orders arrive faster, these grace periods ensure we deliver the highest quality products.

Return & Exchange Policy ♡

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of receipt.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, unused and undamaged & sellable.
• The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging.
• Returns for damaged items will be accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide a photo of the damage, and we will review your case. If we determine the damage was caused by our fault, we will offer either a refund or an exchange.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange.
2. Pack the jewellery securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
3. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your return or exchange.

Please note: Items that do not meet the above conditions, or that are returned outside the 14-day window, may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
