JEW-EL Ring Size Guide
How to Measure Your Ring Size ♡
Finding the perfect fit is essential when buying a ring. To help ensure you order the correct size, we’ve put together a simple guide to measure your ring size at home. You can use these methods to find your size easily, whether you have a ring that fits or not.
Method 1: Measure Your Finger
-
Wrap a String or Paper Strip Around Your Finger
-
Mark the Spot
Mark the point where the string or paper overlaps, then remove it from your finger. -
Measure the Length
Use a ruler to measure the length of the string or paper strip, in millimeters. This is your finger's circumference. -
Find Your Size
Compare your measurement with the ring size chart below. The circumference measurement will correspond to a specific ring size.
Method 2: Use a Ring You Already Own
-
Find a Ring That Fits
Choose a ring that fits comfortably on the finger where you want to wear your new ring. -
Measure the Inner Diameter
Place the ring on a flat surface, and measure the inner diameter of the ring (across the widest part of the inside). Use a ruler with millimeter measurements for accuracy. -
Find Your Size
Compare the inner diameter measurement with the chart below to determine your size.

HELPFUL TIPS ♡
- Measure at the Right Time: Fingers can swell during the day, especially in the heat. We recommend measuring your finger at the end of the day when it's most likely to be at its largest.
- Consider Knuckle Size: If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, you may want to choose a slightly larger size to ensure the ring can comfortably slide over your knuckle.
- Ring Fit: Keep in mind that comfort fit rings (those with a rounded interior) may fit slightly differently than standard fit rings (with a flat interior).
